Purpose of the service
Vos Papiers Français provides an information and guidance service about administrative procedures in France: guidance questionnaire, personal space, documentation assistant and, as a paid option, a summary file.

The service does not constitute personalised legal advice and is not a public service. It offers no guarantee of administrative outcome: no answer and no document produced by the service guarantees obtaining a permit, a right or a favourable decision. Users remain responsible for checking information with official sources (service-public.fr, the competent prefecture) and, where necessary, consulting a lawyer or an accredited association.

Paid offer and price
As a paid option, the service provides a detailed preparatory file in PDF format, personalised according to the procedure identified by the questionnaire. This document brings together: an overview of the situation, the main steps of the procedure, the list of required and recommended documents, common mistakes to avoid, practical advice and links to official sources.
The price is shown in euros, all taxes included, on the results page before any payment. It varies according to the procedure: 9,90 € for simple procedures, 14,90 € for more complex ones. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small business exemption).
Payment is processed by Stripe. The file is made available immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent by email and from the personal account area.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, pursuant to article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of your right of withdrawal.
By ticking the box provided for this purpose before payment, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the file is made available. You are informed of this before validating the payment.
Refunds
As the file is digital content supplied immediately after payment, and the right of withdrawal has been waived under the conditions set out above, no automatic refund is due.
The publisher nonetheless undertakes to examine any request sent to contact@vospapiersfrancais.fr within fourteen (14) days of purchase. A full refund is granted if the file could not be made available due to a technical problem, or if it manifestly does not correspond to the procedure identified by the questionnaire.
Applicable law and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by writing to contact@vospapiersfrancais.fr.

Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
